Für unseren Bereich Purchsing am Standort Hamburg suchen wir Sie als Purchasing Manager (gn*) / Einkaufsleiter (gn*)

Dafür suchen wir Sie:

 

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Purchasing to lead our procurement function within the HF Shared Services. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive purchasing excellence by developing a high-performing team, optimizing supplier relationships, and aligning our purchasing activities with both local and global business goals.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Set clear objectives and support your team in achieving them through coaching, feedback, and development
  • Shape the organizational structure of the Purchasing department in line with business and group strategy
  • Represent the Purchasing function in cross-functional and Group-level meetings
  • Act as the key decision-maker on all purchasing-related matters within the Shared Services
     

Strategic Procurement

  • Define and implement the purchasing strategy for goods and services, aligned with group policies and needs
  • Drive supplier development and risk management, including critical components and NDAs
  • Promote the lead buyer concept across material groups or Group level

Process Optimization & Collaboration

  • Harmonize purchasing tools and processes 
  • Facilitate regular knowledge exchange between purchasing teams across the group
  • Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with R&D, production planning, and other departments
     

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met while proactively identifying new sourcing opportunities
  • Support negotiations with key suppliers and guide buyers in supplier development and compliance
  • Minimize disputes and foster continuous improvement through supplier relationship management

Performance Management

  • Monitor KPIs such as price evolution, vendor ratings, on-time delivery, and supplier-related costs
  • Leverage data insights to drive purchasing performance at Group level

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Completed university degree with a focus on purchasing or a comparable qualification
  • Good technical understanding of engineering subjects
  • Experience in purchasing / SCM as well as very good knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office
  • High level of intercultural competence, ability to work in a team, initiative, strong communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Very good knowledge of project management is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Very good, also technically fluent English skills round off your profile
